LAUREN YASMIN KOLEILAT, ESQUIRE

Ms. Lauren Yasmin Koleilat, born and raised in Daytona Beach, graduated from Seabreeze High School in Daytona Beach in 1993. She attended Florida State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1996. While attending Florida State University, she achieved Dean's List honors and was an active member in Phi Mu Sorority.

After earning her degree from Florida State University, Ms. Koleilat attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. An active member of the student body, she was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, a mock trial team member in various competitions, a member of Phi Delta Phi legal Fraternity and a Dean's List honoree.   More....

 

 

G. KIPLING MILLER, ESQUIRE

Kip Miller, Esquire, was raised in Volusia County and is a graduate of New Smyrna Beach High School. He received his bachelor’s degree from Stetson University and later his law degree from St. Thomas University. During his final year of law school, Kip interned with the Fort Lauderdale, State Attorney’s Office in the drug unit and juvenile divisions.

In 1993, Kip was admitted to the Florida Bar and accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney with the State Attorney’s Office Volusia County, Florida. First being assigned to the misdemeanor division, Kip prosecuted literally thousands of DUI and other misdemeanor cases. More.....

 

 

 

 

JESSICA J. KELLEY, PARALEGAL

Jessica J. Kelley, Paralegal, was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was raised in Lake Mary, Florida and has been a resident of Daytona Beach since 2004. Jessica received her Associate of Arts degree from Daytona Beach Community College in 2007. Currently, Jessica is completing her senior year at the University of Central Florida and will receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in the fall of 2010.

As the primary assistant to Ms. Koleilat, Jessica is responsible for addressing client concerns, managing Ms. Koleilat's schedule and assisting clients in gathering the necessary evidence to prepare their case for trial.

When not studying, Jessica enjoys spending time with her friends and family and visiting the beach.
